Umbreon, Sonic style

I gues they're called pokemobians... Anyway, here's the next one in line I did; an Umbreon. It's male this time. His attire's fairly plain looking, though I did attempt tp make his rings glow like they do for the actual pokemon sometimes. It was kinda hard to do though. I've got no idea how to use photoshop and glowing effects are kind of limited on MS Paint.
